INFORMATION FOOD ORDER NETWORK COLLECTS

Personal Information

Food Order Network may collect personally identifiable information including your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, and other addresses you may store in your profile.

Billing Information

We may collect your credit card information in order to use the Food Order Network Services, including the type of card, name on the card, card number, expiration date, and security code. We do not share your credit card information with any third party nor the restaurants you order from using the Food Order Network Services. Your payments are processed directly by Food Order Network.

Location Information

In order to provide access to the Services while you are using a mobile device, we may automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device, your wireless carrier, or certain third-party service providers ("Geolocational Information"). Collection of Geolocational Information occurs only when the Services are running on your mobile device. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocational information, in which case Food Order Network will not be able to provide certain services to you.

We may collect information you voluntarily provide about yourself, such as interests, food preferences, favorite restaurants and other information you voluntarily provide.

FOOD ORDER NETWORK'S USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

Food Order Network uses information collected to create users' Food Order Network Accounts, to communicate with users (directly and through participating restaurants) about Food Order Network services, offer users additional services, assist with customer service inquiries, offer promotions and special offers, charge for purchases and gratuities made through Food Order Network and fulfill Food Order Network orders. Users may opt to allow Food Order Network to store certain personally identifiable information. Food Order Network uses certain stored personally identifiable information to customize future order processing for you. You may request that Food Order Network cease storing certain personally identifiable information at any time, but you might not be able to take advantage of certain customized features. Users may affirmatively opt-out of receiving promotional communications from Food Order Network by contacting Food Order Network or unsubscribing to emails you receive. Food Order Network may also use personally identifiable information to enforce the Food Order Network Terms of Use.

Food Order Network does not sell any personally identifiable information it collects through the Services to third parties. Food Order Network shares collected personally identifiable information with restaurants only to the extent required to fulfill Food Order Network orders. FOOD ORDER NETWORK DOES NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS. Food Order Network may share collected personally identifiable information with third-party vendors and service providers with whom Food Order Network works to provide application programming interfaces ("APIs") and other functions for the Services in connection with the delivery of Food Order Network services only to the extent necessary to provide those APIs and services. Full credit card numbers are transmitted to Food Order Network's credit card processor for the purpose of processing payments only. Food Order Network may allow certain social media platforms to host plug-ins or widgets on the Sites which may collect certain information about those users who choose to use those plug-ins or widgets. Food Order Network may also disclose personally identifiable information to third parties such as attorneys, collection agencies, tribunals or law enforcement authorities pursuant to valid requests in connection with alleged violations of Food Order Network terms of use and service or other alleged contract violations, infringement or similar harm to persons or property.

Food Order Network may share aggregated information which is NOT personally identifiable to third parties based on activities conducted through the Food Order Network Services. Examples of such uses of aggregated information may be along the lines of people in Texas prefer one type of salad dressing over another's or the market share of orders of a certain category of product have increased 5% in the northeast.

User generated content posted through the Services such as service/restaurant reviews and certain social networking preferences (e.g. pages you "Like" or "Follow") may be viewed by the general public. Accordingly, Food Order Network cannot ensure the privacy of any personally identifiable information included in such user generated content.

FOOD ORDER NETWORK'S PROTECTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Food Order Network uses reasonable security measures equal to or exceeding industry standard to protect personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification and disclosure. Registered Food Order Network users can access and change their own personally identifiable information by editing their profile on the Food Order Network website. The Food Order Network services are operated in the United States.
